Minimum order value for free shipping is $35. For orders under $35 shipping is $6.99. We charge $1.99 for packaging.
No, we do not charge anything over and above the rates shown since most of the deliveries are food items. However if there are any products which are not tax exempt, then only those items will be taxed.

You can edit your products in the cart before checkout. If you’ve already placed your order, you can edit the order by contacting FIG support (email@example.com). If you order is already packed, it cannot be edited.

Yes, it is. All transactions on FIG are completed via secure payment gateways via Shopify & Paypal which are PCI and DSS compliant. We do not store your complete card details.
We are flexible and make every effort to arrange delivery that works for you. Although, we have experienced instances where
- Customers live in an apartment, are not available to take delivery, and apartment services do not accept deliveries from non-standard delivery means other than USPS, Fedex, or UPS.
- Your phone number on the account is not accurate, or you are unreachable when we try to deliver in apartment and need help getting access to your door to deliver.
We will not leave deliveries outside apartment complex without your authorization. For any special delivery considerations, please add a note to you order. And keep your phone number updated on your profile.
If we are unable to delivery your order because of failure on your part to accept deliveries, you will be charged a re-delivery charge of $6.99.
We get fresh vegetable supplies regularly and inspect vegetables before we pack. We request you to check the vegetables when you receive your delivery, and store them in the refrigerator.
In case you are not happy with the vegetables, within 24 hours of the delivery please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Orders received before 2 pm are delivered same day, orders received after 2 pm, will be scheduled for next day delivery. We deliver within 48 hours of order date except for unforeseen circumstances. Our team will inform if the delay is going to occur.
Our deliveries are generally completed by 8:30 PM.
On rare occasions, due to unforeseen circumstances, your order might be delayed. In case of imminent delay, our customer support executive will keep you updated about the delivery time of your order.
While rare, mistakes occasionally happen, so if an item is missing in your delivery, please contact our customer support to let us know what is missing.
Occasionally, items that were in stock when you placed your order may be out of stock when your order is being selected for delivery. If a product is out of stock, we will try to provide a suitable comparable substitute.
Substitute items are selected to be as close to your original product choice as possible. For example, if you purchase Deep Moong Dal, and it is out of stock when we pack your item, we may provide you with Laxmi Moong Dal instead. We may also deliver same weight as you ordered in different sized bags. E.g. If we are out of 4 lb. bag we may replace it with two 2 lb. bags of the same item.

We try our best to deliver items you have purchased. After Covid, supplies have been unpredictable at times. In case we are out of and are not able to procure any item(s) in your order we will refund you for the item(s).
